Terms and conditions
- Anyone who uploads his or her selfie and posts it on Instagram tagging @SkyeCloud_Ltd is deemed to be participating in the competition
- Participation in the competition is free of charge and does not depend on acquiring goods or services from Skye Cloud Ltd
- Anyone with residence in the UK or is entitled to take part; participants from other countries are not eligible for prizes.
- The selfies with the most «Likes» by July 14th 2024 at 11:59 p.m. wins.
- The winner will be contacted via Instagram. The submission deadline is July 12th 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
- The prize is a 10.2 inch 9th generation iPad tablet, Wifi, 64GB. There is only one prize for the winner. No cash alternative is available.
- No data will be passed on to third parties. The collected data will be treated in good faith and trust.
- Skye Cloud Ltd will electronically process and use the data in compliance with the current data protection act in the UK. The guidelines for processing personal data under the UK data protection act will be heeded at all times.
- Participants who violate the terms and conditions for participating can be excluded from the competition without explanation and notification. If there are grounds for exclusion, a person can be subsequently stripped of his or her winnings or winnings already paid out or delivered can be reclaimed from the person or corresponding corrections can be made in the competition.
- Any recourse to courts of law is excluded and no correspondence is conducted on the competition.
- The agency conducting the competition and Skye Cloud Ltd are not liable for submissions arriving late and in particular cannot be made responsible for technical malfunctions during transmission, in particular for failures of the network, electronics or the computers.
- Instagram and Facebook are totally unconnected to this competition. This competition is neither sponsored nor supported nor organized by Instagram. All questions or complaints regarding this competition should be addressed to Skye Cloud Ltd
- Skye Cloud Ltd reserves the right to exclude inappropriate or obscene selfies from the competition without explanation and notification
- Upon uploading his or her selfie and participating in the competition, the participant confirms that he or she is in possession of a consent form allowing him or her to publish the photo with the person or persons shown in it
